We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased directly from CWScart.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2. Returns
We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 60 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at info@cwscart.com or call us at +1 (437) 421-1660 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return

Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if available) and include any manuals, accessories, or promotional items that came with your purchase.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be applied to your original method of payment.
